You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day you received your order, without giving any reason. If the last day is a public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
As soon as we receive your statement, we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
You send the products back within 14 days of the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The products must be in the condition in which you received them, with their packaging and accompanying documents. The cost of the return is borne by you, unless the product is defective or was sent to you by mistake.
We refund the full amount you paid, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 days of the day we were informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. For cash on delivery orders the refund is made by bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as products engraved with a name or date.
If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return costs.
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, by contacting us with your name and order number.
